About a month ago I stumbeled across this 21 day Challenge idea at Becky's Blog. I read this blog faithfully every single day, and I just absolutely love it. I was reading a post one day and at the bottom of her posts she has links, if you like this post you might like these, and I saw it. Another Challenge How could you not press it, of course i could not resist and had to know what she was talking about. It really got me exited, I had never thought of doing it like that. I wrote all of the things that she had on her list and then I revised them to fit me.
  1. No Soda
  2. Do my dishes everyday
  3. Half and hour of physical activity everyday
  4. No McDonalds
  5. Drink more water

I wanted to start off with nice small goals. It all starts with small steps and turns into big ones, right?

Number 1 – ohh man do I love my pop, but it is just so bad for you. I think that’s why it’s so good, because it’s so bad.

Number 2 – I have a really big problem with this, I am a procrastinator and a neat freak all in one. When it’s clean its good I am really good at keeping it that way. But if we don’t do our dishes for a day or two then they just pile up and up, because I don’t want to have to wash them all. It looks like a lot of work and you keep putting it off, I know I do.

Number 3 – We have a Wii and there are lots of exercise games on there, we have the Wii Fit game and it makes working out fun!!

Number 4 – This one I think will be the hardest one for me. I work at Wal-Mart and there is a McDonalds in the store and you smell it all day and you start to crave it. I am proud to say I have been McDonalds free for about 2 weeks already and I put it on my list just to make sure!!

Number 5 -  I never drink enough

I am doing this for me!
I want to change my life, I want to change me for the better.

Follow me along or start one your self!!! leave a comment if you want to join me in this Challenge, I would love the support!
