For todays list i decided to do some of the things i have been craving since i have been on my 21 day Challenge. I feel so good knowing what i am doing is good for my body but when you have been doing it for so long, it is hard to change that. You get your self in to routines good and bad and you don't realize them until you try to change one. 
I have not yet given in to any of these cravings, so we should be good!!
