    I just stumbled across your blog and wanted to say hi. I read your post for May 27 and wanted to tell you that i understand where you are coming from. I used to weigh 250 pounds but from 2008 - 2010 i lost 80 pounds. And i know its not easy. But you can do hard things. You have to believe that. And when your ready to change your life you will. I'm sure you've heard it before 'its not a DIET its a lifestyle chang' But its so true. If you want to lose weight and keep it off you have to change the way your living your life. Make the changes small, this is not going to happen over night. But each small change will build on the one before. It has to be changes you can live with because if you ever go back to your old way of living the weight will come back.
